Welcome to HinduGems.com! The delight of wearing our handcrafted gemstone and crystal bracelets is our priority. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Acceptable reasons:
Items damaged during transit
Incorrect or defective products
Seriously inaccurate or misleading descriptions
Non-returnable situations:
Simply “changed your mind”
Minor cosmetic differences (slight color shade, texture)
Worn, used, or broken items due to normal wear
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Requests received after 10 days will generally not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Email support@hindugems.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
If approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Please return the item in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and accompanying certificates included.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we are at fault.
Once we receive and inspect the item:
You may choose a refund (excluding original shipping charges) or exchange it for a similar item of equal value.
We may apply a restocking fee of 15% for non-defective returns (e.g., shade or size-related returns), deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
If an international order is lost, severely damaged, or undelivered due to no fault of your own, we’ll process a refund within 30–45 days once we confirm the issue.
Customs duties, VAT, and other charges are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Custom-made or personalized bracelets are non-refundable.
Exchanges are possible only if the item is defective or damaged, and must be reported within TWO days of receipt, with supporting photos.
Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately and cannot be canceled.
If your item arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us right away for expedited resolution.
Returns due to issues like cracks or breakage may be accepted even beyond the 10-day window, provided you contact us first with evidence.
This policy doesn’t override your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws. If there’s any conflict, local legal requirements will prevail.
